Sangeeta and Sarit spotted a huge gap in the market where lifestyle and healthcare brands barely shake hands, let alone blend seamlessly. And they thought, why not create a brand that brings the best of both worlds? With backgrounds in chemical engineering and management, years of senior corporate experience, and five years of running their own brands, they’re bringing some serious magic into baby care.
Starting with innovative fabric technology that puts baby’s skin first, Doodledry’s on a mission to make parenting easier, with garments that keep little ones comfy and parents stress-free. Because, let’s face it: every little drool deserves a little extra "Tender Loving Care"!

Originating from Rourkela, known as "Mini-India" for its rich cultural diversity, Sangeeta has always displayed a natural entrepreneurial spirit—even during her Chemical Engineering days at NIT Rourkela. After a distinguished corporate career in CTO roles, she took a bold leap into garment manufacturing, embodying the philosophy that “nothing is impossible.” Despite facing stereotypes as a woman and an industry outsider, she built a thriving business from the ground up. In just five years, her company, The Signature Attire achieved impressive revenue in the multi-crore range, serving prestigious clients like Reliance.
In addition to her business success, Sangeeta is a lifetime member of SHRADDHA (Society for Development of Human Resources through Handloom and Allied Activities). She is also dedicated to mentoring students and aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them embark on their journeys with confidence and strategy.
Sarit, like Sangeeta, hails from Rourkela, the "Steel City" of India. Initially reserved and conservative in her career approach, Sarit pursued electrical engineering at VSSUT, Burla, and began her professional journey in the corporate sector. Driven by a desire to broaden her horizons, she earned an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK.
Together with her husband, she co-founded napEazy (A Product Of UUO Innovation Private Limited, An Airbus Spinoff company) a brand that quickly gained international recognition after a successful Kickstarter campaign. Their innovative approach led to an appearance on Shark Tank India’s first season and earned them the prestigious Amazon Smbhav Global Small Business Award.
Today, Sarit channels her diverse experience in the startup world into mentoring young students, sharing valuable insights to help them bring their entrepreneurial visions to life.
