• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Convenience Charges: 
• Orders ₹999 or below (prepaid): ₹49 convenience fee.
• Orders ₹999 or below (COD): ₹99 convenience fee.
• Orders above ₹999 (COD): ₹69 convenience fee.

• In rare cases, if your payment is deducted but your order status shows pending or failed, don’t worry! Your money is safe. Simply email us at care@doodledry.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8123306230, and we will resolve it on priority.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are packed or shipped. However, you can place another order which we will ship your order together. 
• We strive to deliver orders within 5 business days. For non-metro cities, delivery can take 3-12 days. Remote locations may take longer.
• Custom, special, or pre-order items have different timelines, which will be mentioned in the product description.
• If we are unable to ship your order within 7 days, the unshipped items will be canceled, and a refund will be processed.
• If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +91-8123306230 with your order details. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details. You can also track your order using the tracking link shared when the order is placed. 

Orders are shipped within 2 business days and typically delivered in 4-6 working days depending on your location.
