Doodledry Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policie

 At Doodledry, we take great care in crafting innovative, safe, and high-quality babywear. We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we’re here to assist you with hassle-free returns, exchanges, and cancellations. 

 We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The request for return/exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Items purchased under discounts, promotions, or clearance sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns and exchanges are applicable only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect as per the order placed.

To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at care@doodledry.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8123306230 with your order details and clear product images. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup where possible. If a pickup service is unavailable in your location, we may request you to self-ship the product.

 Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

• If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• If the product is unavailable for an exchange, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
• In the case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after sharing the necessary details with our customer care team.

Note: Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

•  Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• To request a cancellation, contact us via email or WhatsApp at +91-8123306230 as soon as possible.
• Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

 For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, socks, mittens, and any personal-use accessories.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards and special bundled offers.
