Our Birth Story

Born from the same city. The same hospital. The same dream.
We both hail from Rourkela, the steel city of Odisha — and believe it or not, we were born in the same hospital! Years later, destiny brought us together again — not as newborns, but as two mothers chasing purpose beyond our daily routines.

Reminds you of Jay and Veeru from Sholay, doesn’t it? Two babies born from the same mother, separated by time, only to reunite years later — except in our case, the mother is our hometown, and the reunion led to something even more heartwarming.

When two worlds meet — sparks fly!

It all began on a sunny Sunday afternoon at a common friend’s place. Within minutes, we were finishing each other’s sentences — realizing how much we shared in common: family values, humor, ambition, and motherhood’s beautiful chaos.

Sangeeta, a chemical engineer from NIT Rourkela, brought 15+ years of IT experience and 5+ years as an entrepreneur, running a garment manufacturing unit that supplied to brands like Reliance.

Sarit, an electrical engineer from VSSUT, Burla, carried deep D2C brand expertise, a Shark Tank Season 1 legacy, and an unmatched passion for innovation and storytelling.

The coffee that sparked a dream ☕

Like every great Bangalore story, ours began over coffee (of course!). Between laughter, stories, and dreams, we discovered our shared goal — to blend technology, design, and parenthood into something meaningful.

And so, on 14th November — Children’s Day — doodledry was born.

With doctors, business leaders, and one adorable baby unveiling our first smart baby wear, it truly felt like the beginning of something special.
