At Doodledry, every product is designed with love, care, and comfort — keeping your little one’s adventures in mind.
But we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for products that meet the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item is not part of a final sale, customized, or personalized product category.
If these conditions are met, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund (as applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made items

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
We encourage you to check size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
It’s simple and quick:

Email us at care@doodledry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we’ll share the pickup details or return address.
You can choose to:

Exchange for a different size or product, or
-
Return for a refund to your original payment method (for prepaid orders)
4. Pickup & Reverse Shipping

For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address through our courier partner.

In cases where pickup service isn’t available, we’ll request you to self-ship the product and share the courier receipt.

A nominal return shipping fee of ₹60 may be deducted from your refund for self-initiated returns (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
5. Damaged / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at care@doodledry.com with photos.
We’ll replace it at no extra cost — because your trust means everything to us.
6. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Prepaid orders – Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

COD orders – Refunds are processed and credited to the bank account used for payment.
7. Exchange Timeline
Once the returned product passes our quality check, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing care@doodledry.com.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You can, however, request a return once you receive the order.
