1. Order Processing

At Doodledry, every order is packed with love and care.

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your package is dispatched, including tracking details.

  • In case of high demand or pre-order campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Shipping Timeline

We currently ship across India.

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other locations: 4–6 business days

  • Remote areas: 6–8 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your pin code and courier partner operations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an additional ₹50 handling fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email, WhatsApp and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

5. Pre-Order & Custom Orders

Some Doodledry items, especially new launches or personalized pieces, may be available on pre-order. The expected dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Pre-order products are shipped as soon as they are available in stock.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but sometimes unforeseen events (weather, courier delays, regional restrictions) can affect timelines.
If there’s a delay, our customer care team will proactively reach out to you with updates.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Incorrect details may cause delays or failed deliveries.
In case of a non-delivery due to an incorrect address, reshipping will incur an additional charge.

8. International Shipping

We’re working to make Doodledry available worldwide soon!
Currently, we only ship within India — but stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
